TRI CITY HOPE CENTER

The Bible instructs us:

“There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land." Deuteronomy 15:11 and "If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." 1 John 3:17-18

The Tri City Hope Center has been established to meet this command.  This is a COMMUNITY-supported ministry which provides FREE food, clothing, hygiene items, and household items to struggling families in the Newcastle, Blanchard, Tuttle, Bridge Creek and surrounding rural areas.  We are located at 201 S. Main in Newcastle.

The Tri City Hope Center is open every Thursday from 9:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 5:00pm for families to pick up food and any clothing, shoes, toys and household items like dishes, linens, towels, etc. which they may need.

In order to ensure we are not assisting other areas which have like ministries, we will require a utility bill for proof of residence.

If you feel God is speaking to you to help with this ministry, there are several areas in which you could participate:

1. Volunteer Monday mornings from 9:00am to 11am to sort and organize donations;
2. Volunteer Thursdays from 9:00am to 11:00am and 12:30pm to 5:30pm;
3. Donate small plastic bags, i.e., from Wal-Mart, Spencer's, etc.

4. Donate non-perishable food items;

5. Donate clothing, shoes, toys, household items, furniture, etc.; and

6. Donate financially.

Donations are accepted every Monday from 9:00-2:00 and every Thursday from 9:00-5:00. If you cannot make it during one of those times, please leave donations in the gray “After Hours” donation building that is right next to the Hope Center.
