Larry Ketron

Larry was born in Lubbock, Texas in 1952. In 1968, Larry gave his heart to the Lord and dove head first into ministry. A traveler and a friend, Larry worked for the railroad, moving to new locations and diving into the work of his local churches. His vocation eventually led him to Oklahoma where he was introduced to Woodland Hills. Larry loved the culture of care that the congregation and staff fostered and has been a faithful member of our community since then.

Larry continues to be a joyful member of our congregation, where he serves as a Deacon and is involved with several ministries at WHBC. Larry currently serves as a leader of out DivorceCare ministry, is an active member of our Singles’ ministry and hospitality ministry, and is involved in the Celebrate Recovery ministries at Woodland Hills and Faith Crossing Baptist Church.

Larry is always happy to lend an ear, a hand, or be a friend, and we are blessed to have him serve as one of the deacons here at Woodland Hills.
